Telephone Trouble- When I am in the middle of a conversation, my phone hangs up. Att & T has investigated the problem and agree that there is one, but it is not on their end. Do I need to put in a separate work order to get a teacher set up in TestTrax or to get their TestTrax login switched to my school?
No, when a system login is created for a teacher a TestTrax login is also created. When a teacher's login is switched to a new school their TestTrax login is also switched.

Why do I get an error message about a trust relationship between the computer and domain when adding a user to the domain?
Make sure the computer is plugged into the network before putting it on the domain or attempting to add or remove users.
